Water Street Summary
Water St was one of the first home investigations that our team was able to perform. The owners were very friendly and gave
us full run of there old and very historic house. The house was built in the 1800's and was first used as a meeting house.
It was then converted to a school house and later left abandoned for many years. We were told of a fire incident that took
place years ago where a roof fire was reported and supposedly it extinguished itself. There was only minor damage to the house.
It was then purchased by the current residents and while in the process of renovating the building, they began noticing strange
occurrences. To of the events reported to us were voices calling out family members' names while alone in the kitchen and
the outline of a woman standing in the window when no one was home. During the investigation we had experiences as well. The
front door seemed like it opened and slammed shut by itself when there were no investigations around, and upon review of our
audio devices, it seems a woman's voice sings to us while we were packing out equipment. Haunted, I can not say at this time,
but there was something there that we can't explain. We are hoping for the opportunity to return to the house and try again.
There was a very relaxing feeling to the house, almost like you belonged or were welcome there.
